I just want to ask if a PDOS is required for a new immigrant? I am a spouse of PR applicant under BC PNP.

its a Pre departure orientation seminar here in the Philippines. I know that temporary foreign workers are required to attend this seminar but i am not sure for immigrant as well. They even said that we will not be allowed to leave the country if we dont have that sticker on the passport showing that we attended the seminar.

I am/was a sponsored spouse, and never heard of it, but I'm a Swedish citizen and processed through the U.S.A. if that makes a difference.
