PCCs???

Hi,
I just read on another forum tht we need to submit PCCs while submitting federal application and when you get passport request. I am confused. can someone help?

Hi,

Assuming you are provincial nomination and federal application is the CIC process; you have to submit FBI records to CIC at time of application. If you do not have FBI, they will request the records at later stage. Regarding state PCC's that is something they might or might not ask.

I never heard any case where they ask again for clearance at time of passport request.
