I currently live in UAE. I left Sri Lanka in 2018 and visited there in September 2019 and December 2019.

My PCC from SL is mentioned until September 2018.

Will this be an issue

It depends on the Immigration case officer. He/she might or might not require a PCC that covers the entire period of your stay there. However I have never seen anybody posting that he/she received an ADR for PCC. On the other hand plenty of people had their application canceled for PCC requirement.
I suggest you try to provide an updated once you need it.
