Pre-Assessed..
Does anybody have had the experience of sending their PCC from India a couple of days over the 3 months period, and facing problems???

Though the website says that the PCC will take 6 weeks but for me it took only 10 days. Now i will be applying in 2nd half july but that would mean that my PCC will be older than 3 months by about 10 days. Does anyone know if that is going to be an issue????

would they send the application back in such a case??? has anybody applied with a PCC couple of days older?? what was the CIC's response??

Logically it doesnt make sense to me but, its not my logic and opinion thats gonna make any difference..... ;D

You submit your current PCC along with the application.
If it expires by the time they review your application, they will again ask for it which you can again apply and submit.

PCC will not be an issue in rejecting the application.

Funny to be annoyed with faster service, eh? Same thing almost happened to me with my FBI cert - was expecting 12 weeks and got it in 4.

It's hard to say how CIC will respond - technically, it will not be valid if it was issued more than 3 months (even if the difference is only 10 days). You can go ahead and submit it, and if they want a new one, they will ask for it. (Your application will not be returned or refused for this). Of course, that could create some processing delays, so you might just want to suck it up and request a new one closer to when you are ready to submit your application.
