Hi

You will need a new one. PCCs must be less than 3 months old when received by CIC.

No - it's too old/expired. If I were you - I would first send my application without the PCC but just attach a note saying you will mail it in once you receive a new one and at the same time, apply for a new PCC and send it in ASAP to CIC to update your file.

Thank you for the quick response. So I can send the application with my Old PCC and add a note about the new PCC to be sent later.

You don't need to submit old PCC. You also don't need to add note. Just send it without PCC and wait for officer asking for it.
See paragraph 13 in cec document checklist.

Its better to keep them informed by being proactive , Rest its your take.

Even though technically the "old" PCC doesn't meet the requirements, I think it's a good idea to include it anyway, along with a note that you are applying for a new one.
