Good Day All,

I had submitted by application with my old PCC and wrote an explanation letter showing that the new ones are under process (with receipt justifications). Now i have just received my new PCC. Shall i contact the CIC and send them the new ones or shall i wait till they contact me for them?

Please advise!
 
You should see a letter in your EE profile with instructions on Case-Specific Enquiry. You can send it that way.

If you are in Canada now, you may wish to read the instructions here:

If you are not, you will need to find the appropriate visa office:

If you wait for them to contact you, it might be a document request. It might be a rejection. People on the forum seem to be getting both.

If you get it to them, the have less reason to reject you.

Sorry you can't upload anything to your EE file once you have submitted
The only time you are able to upload new documents there is when CIC officer has sent you a request through MY CIC ...
 
I had already submitted the updated one with no reply yet from the CIC! I'll update you guys once i get a reply from them.

So you put an explanation letter instead of PCC then cic requested you to upload it. Is that right?

CIC didnt request to upload it, I sent the new one through Case-Specific Enquiry with explanation in the message box! Although i didnt receive any reply from them yet.

Hey I would recommend you also send your new PCC to the below 2 email address to avoid any troubles ...

Cos I did send one email through Case-Specific Enquiry before then the next day I decided to send 2 more email to the above email address and guess what the next day there is a PCC request in MY CIC BOX .... so just try to send them the notice at every possible ways
