PCC Translation Query- Urgent

Dear Folks,

I have PCC received from Lebanon embassy new delhi. This PCC is in Arabic but embassy has provided English translation for the same with Ambassador signature and official seal.

Should I get this PCC translated through certified translator as well. Please guide.

Just upload that certificate which is provided by English from embassy.i also received my PCC in Afghani language from Afghanistan but the embassy here in Canada provided me in english and i had uploaded that so no issue,i passed already criminality so don't waste money for notarized or translated.
