PCC sent to Ottawa but not delivered

I sent my PCC through CanadaPost to the Ottawa address.

219 Laurier Avenue West, 7th floor, section B

The status is showing me as went for delivery on 20th March but still not updated.

I called canadapost call center then they said it was delivered to a Mail room and they will update only after they got a acknowledge from the building.

Is it happend to any one?

You sent the letter, you know it was received, CIC is not going to send you a letter telling you that they received it.

You wont get any confirmation back re the PCC provided.
I applied for a Hong Kong PCC couple months ago, HK Police dept sent it directly to Ottawa. When I check with the HK side all they've got is the same as yours - a "delivered" message.

This is exactly what happened with me when I mailed my PCC to Ottawa. It was delivered to the mail room. I sent 3 emails to Ottawa requesting the confirmation for delivery but never received a reply. SO, I am assuming that everything is fine

I called Canada Post and they are saying once they got the confirmation from the Building mail room that the Mail is delivered then the status will update as Delivered.

I created a Service ticket with Canada post to track this Mail.
