PCC requirement

Hello there,

i have a question and I hope to get some concrete answers. I have spent about 16 years of my life in the middle east and not its about 15 years that I am living in India, so upon receiving my ITA will I also have to get a PCC from the country where I resided 15 years ago?
Secondly, do I need to obtain the PCC now or do I need to apply for the PCC only after I have received my ITA?

2 - You can get it now but it would only be valid for 6 months.
