PCC Related Question - Urgent

Hello Seniors,

I have question about PCC. I received my ITA yesterday, I am going to India on 18th Nov, 2016 (after 15 days), I will stay there for 20 days.

I am planing to submit my file before I go to India, as I still have 15 days left and my all documents are ready except PCC and Medical. So my question is

- Is my PCC valid if I submit my file before I visit India or Do I need to resubmit it once I am back from India.?

One my friend told me that you have to go for PCC again even though you submit your file before you go to India.

Please help.

You can submit your application with your current PCC and then go to India.
If you submit after going to India then you need a new PCC from India.

I have the similar question. I am planning to go back to my country to get PCC in a month. Based on the rule, it is useless because I will get the PCC before exiting my country. Am I right? Does it mean that I have to get it after I leave the country? If this is the case, then it does not make any sense.

Not sure if there is thread for such a situation in which you are in....You may call CIC too to get the answer....
but just think about it..does not it make sense that one should have a PCC which was obtained after the last day the person was there in a country.....

CIC will get to know the last day you were in India as you need to submit your passport pages...
