My PCC states "This is to certify that according to records held in the Criminal Records Office of Trinidad and Tobago, Mr.<my name> of <my address> holding passport number <xxx> has NO previous convictions against him"

It has an official police service stamp and date and signature on behalf of the commisioner of police.
Does this sound adequate?
