PCC- New Vendor Feedback(BLS Service)

Hi,

Canada Indian Embassy had changed their vendor recently for issuing visas and other certificates.

Did anyone recently applied for Police clearance certificate? Please share your feedback.

I already saw their website, but I want make sure there is no issues with new vendor.

Their helpline number is total useless.. no one answering the phone..

Did you guys applied for PCC?"
Do I need to notaries the documents?
How much time does it take(4-6 week as per the website)?

BLS would send your applications to CGI and CGI would process them, I don't know how they would work but I 've friends who got their PCC in a week and some who didn't get it after 2 months. My friend and his wife applied on the same day, his wife got it in 1 week and my friend got after 2 months, completely unpredictable.
