I know there have been few comments about whether or not PCCs obtained from Passport Seva Kendra India for non-Delhi residents have caused any issues with CIC, but I am unable find a dedicated thread to help me reach any conclusion.
I am requesting if applicants from India (non-Delhi residents) can share whether or not their PSK (non Delhi) issued PCCs were accepted by CIC and what was the final outcome?

Note: The reason I am asking this question is because local or district police tend to give you hard time for any simple paper work. Often they would not have official letterhead, try to make excuses etc, hence, PSK seems to be a much simpler option for PCC. I am just not sure if CIC accepts PSK issued PCC from Delhi resident only.
