Thank you, do I need a witness to take finger prints? I live in the UK

Dunno much about the fingerprint part, I did mine at Ikoyi (Their H/O ) and the finger print was taken right there. I suggest you call the Nigerian Embassy in UK to get info. You can also ask the question on the London LVO group here on the forum.
