You need pcc from Australian Federal Police and applicable driver license/traffic history from QLD and VIC (if you have lived in any of these states).

Thanks a lot Harirajmohan. As I am not living in Australia. Is it possible to get PCC while living overseas?

Anybody have gone through the process?

I am not there and still i did get but i used my relative's Australia address to get the documents. But i dont see any issue in getting the documents at your address as they can post it but it will be of little delay (other than that i dont see an issue). I received pcc + the driver license history in both the states.
