PCC from Iraq

Hello,

Has anyone ever been able to get a PCC from Iraq? We went to the embassy in Ottawa and they said we have to physically have someone we know there to get it processed... which is close to impossible with the situation there now.

Anyhelp please by someone who has got it done, please provide your procedure and are there any waivers if you fail to get one?

Just write down to ottawa office about situation in iraq is impossible to get pcc from there . Ask any alternative. They will surely help you.
