PCC from Indian Embassy (BLS Toronto)

Hey guys any idea about BLS postal system ? I am waiting for my passport and my Xpresspost has not been activated and in my tracking there is says passport dispatched. I am hoping that they haven't sent it elsewhere. I need my Passport real bad.

Hey is anyone able to reach BLS call centres anywhere in Canada. I am calling them since last night and the phones getting disconnected. Anyone knows what's happening ?

My Husband applied for it and got it in less than 2 weeks. We used FedEx to send it. And received it by FedEx too.
