Hi All,
Please help me to understand ,if I need to be concerned about getting PCC from each country ,where I stayed for more than 6 months since I am 18 years old
or
Should I get state(Tamilnadu, kerala) & territory(pondicherry) PCC for my residence at India(during college days and employment transfer to different states within India)?

PCC is country specific!

So for India you should get the PCC from your current address only (assuming you can easily show the address proof and even better if your passport has this address).

Similarly, if you have stayed in any other country for more than 6 months since you were 18 years old, you will have to get a PCC from that country.

Hope this helps... Cheers!
