You need PCC from all the countries that you lived in for 6 months or more from the age of 18.

Are you saying you have never visited or spent any time there as well? If you have spent a cumulative total of 6 months since you were 18 years old - even if you were just visiting - you still need to provide a PCC.

IRCC will "expect" the PCC for your country of citizenship. If you decide not to provide one up front, I urge you to write a brief letter of explanation about why you did not get one (rather than just ignoring it which could get your application returned as incomplete).

And be prepared - IRCC could ask for one anyway, and it is their right to do so.

Yes .. I only visited my home country once , and I was 3 years old at that time .. and it was for less than a month ;D .. never returned ever since ... I don't think IRCC would want a pcc for that period , but i believe it's a good idea to explain the situation in an loe !

Thanks for ur response :)

Hi Nadaaman,
Just wanted to follow up on this? Did you give a PCC for your country of citizenship? I am in a similar situation, since I turned 18, I have not stayed in my citizenship country for a consecutive period of 6 months.

Would appreciate if you could share your experience.
