By rule, if we have lived in a country for more than six months then we should submit a PCC from that country.In this case scenario the person is currently in US and need to apply for his PCC from Ethiopia(not his native country either, so no friends and family over there). How can he go about it without physically being in Ethiopia? Does anybody have any similar experience and if so can you please share?
