PCC from Dubai got delayed

I applied for police clearance certificate from Dubai. Its been a month with no reply from them and status is always "In Progress"

What should I do to follow up as I tried to call their given numbers but they are not picking up

I applied from outside UAE

Please help as soon as possible

It won't take that much time... I got mine within 2 days ..

May I know the years you were in Dubai and whether you had an EID?

I was there from 2014 ..
Yes had EID
