Hi All,

I have created my EE profile and right now my status in Canada has expired and I am going to restore my status as visitor.

My question is as I have stayed in Canada for more than a year, I would need PCC from Canada too. So how can I get PCC from Canada as I don't have any legal status in Canada.

But it doesn't harm to submit one upfront. Go to a local police station and ask for an RCMP Fingerprint based certified criminality check. It may save you a whole lot of time and headache. I was asked for an RCMP certificate 3.5 months into my processing. After I submitted it no information came in further. Speaking from experience.
