PCC from Canada

hi,
I lived here in Canada for four years and now going back to my country. Should I submit PCC or criminal record check from Canada as well or it is not required. The reason I am asking because if i have to submit this along with my application , I need to apply before I leave the country. Also how long the PCC is valid since its issue. I have not yet received an ITA. Plz advise. ..

Apply and receive the RCMP PCC before you leave the country. It will be required later in the process. PCC will be valid indefinitely if you don't return to Canada and live for more than 6 months in a row after obtaining this PCC.
