I am wondering what kind of PCC i need from Canada?
Though its not mandatory but i still want to avoid the delay time in case asked.

Check out some threads bellow (RCMP request). It seems that CIC randomly select applicants, requesting for RCMP - even those who submitted RCMP with the application package can get the request. And no, it would not delay your application since RCMP request usually arrives 3-4 months before CIC starts processing your application.
