PCC for Unaccompanying Spose

Experts,
My wife is un-accompanying spouse in my EOI application, I have received an ITA and 40 days are left. My wife has stayed in 3 countries, I have PCC from two, I just got a letter back from 3rd one saying that the fingerprint quality is low and she has to apply again. The problem is that there are only 6-7 weeks left and it takes these guys around 10-12 weeks to get back with the results.

What options do I have. Please let me know.

You would have to submit PCC for all the countries she has lived in. You can continue with the application and submit a LoE why you don't have it. It depends on the VO to accept it or not. Another option is to decline the ITA and get into the pool again. Once you have the new PCC, you can apply.
