PCC for TR to PR pathway??

I have been living in Canada since Jan 2018. Right now i have a PGWP and I'm thinking of applying for the essential workers stream, my question is do i need to have a PCC? if yes then should i need the pcc for canada or india or both And where can i apply for the pcc for canada?

You will need PCC for any country you've lived for more than 6 months continuous in the last 10 years. Canada pcc is not required at the moment.
