PCC for PR application Nov 2014 under CEC

Hi,
I have a query regarding the PCC to be submitted for the PR application. I have stayed in canada for approx 2 years. I am leaving Canada in less than 4 weeks as my work permit is getting expired. Hence i cannot submit my passport to the consulate of india in toronto for the PCC. Is it possible to get the PCC for my stay in canada to be completed from India ?

Please assist. Any advise / suggestion is highly appreciated. Thanks
