PCC for India

I'm currently in Canada on a WorkPermit. Planning to create my profile for Express entry. I'm going to India for 2 weeks vacation this month.
Just wanted to know if I can get the PCC for India in India itself or I have to get it in Canada only?

Better to get in Canada through Indian Embassy/Consulate.
