PCC for Family: Primary Applicant in Toronto and Spouse in Montreal

Hello Everyone,

I have a unique situation and was wondering if someone in the forum can guide me.

Issue/Situation: I am on a Work Permit working out of Toronto for the past 1 year and my wife got a job in Montreal (SOWP) and she has been working out of Montreal since August 2019. (she didn't want to miss the job opportunity as it took her more than 6 months to find a job as she landed in Jan 2019, so she took the job in Montreal)

My wife and daughter are both staying in Montreal since August 2019 and I visit them over the weekends (it has been a struggle and "Expensive")

Question: I need to get the PCC done for my wife, my daughter and myself and wanted to understand

1. If I, being the primary applicant still residing in Toronto, should get my PCC done from Toronto?

2. For my wife and daughter, residing in Montreal, should I get the PCC done from Montreal?

3. If we can get the PCC done for all the three of us from either Montreal or Toronto? is this even possible as we both reside in different provinces?

I would really appreciate if someone can guide me here.
