PCC clarification

any idea pls?
should we get only original/hard copy of PCC from respective countries? Or, it is fine if they just send to us scanned copy of that of course in usual letterhead format,etc.? I heard some countries allow us to apply Online/Email.

They can surely email a scanned copy but i guess eventually they should mail you the hard copy for posterior.
