Hi there!
We were going to apply for conjugal sponsorship as we had literally no options to live together for more than few months and we can't get married for religion reasons. My gf wasn't eligible for any kind of visa (apart from Study and Travel visa) and IEC, which she applied for multiple times and never got invited. So we decided that we want to apply for conjugal sponsorship and as we were getting our documents together and after I payed entire fee ($1040) and she got invitation for IEC next day so we decided to hold out with our application and apply for common-law afterwards. Anyways, my question is, how long is that payment valid? As I understood, I can't claim for refund (they would refund only RPRF) so I was just thinking, that maybe we can use that receipt next year, when we apply?
Thank you.
