I make my payment on my study permit application 1 hour ago by INTERAC online.
After I log into my RBC bank account and pay, there is a notification shows that the payment is unsuccessful.
When I check my bank account, I found that the money has been deducted from my account which is 235$, but I didn't receive any receipts/email.
It still shows that my application has not been submitted, which is really confusing to me.
Shall I try another payment by VISA (since I have made mistakes on my given/family name on my digital signature) or just wait?
For some reason I have to submit the application and get the receipt before Apr.1st.

as far as I know, CIC will refund any overpayments. If you have to submit by April 1st then go ahead and pay. CIC will refund if any extra payment was made. You can then check with your bank. Sometimes, it looks like the payment was taken but after 24-48 hrs, it come back to your account. You dont want to miss the deadline for the payment issue which can be handled later on.
