Sending payment through Credit card will be better option or DD/Certified cheque is better option?

Pl suggest...

If you are not having a credit card/debit card from Canada or US, DD is better.

Hi, sorry for the inconvenience probably you haven´t got this question before ??? but what is a DD? I mean I know it is a draft drawn but I don´t understand how does it work, you go to a canadian bank and pay the fees like a deposit o something like that? How does it work? If it is like that what do i have to enclose to my application the receipt of the bank, does it has to be the original or can it be a image scanned of the deposit?
Also how do I get a cashier check if I am not in Canada or US?

Thank you so much for your answer

DD/Demand draft is some what like prepaid or assured Cheque. You pay upfront the sum and charges to the bank and they will (bank) issue the demand draft to the name you give to them. Then the bank will provide the money when presented to the addressed Payee. (I am not a finance expert but engineer)
