Hello, I applied for a super visa for my father and paid the application fee ($100) + biometric fee ($85) which shows in my credit card transaction processed on 19 May'22 when I submitted the application. However, I received a notice on 1 Jun'22 that it hasn't been paid and to pay it within 10 days otherwise the application will be refused.

I never received any receipt for it either. When I log in to https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/ols/register.do with the same email id thru which I submitted the application, no receipt shows up there either.

I have contacted the IRCC through the webform but there was a message saying that if the application is within the processing time, they won't reply. Thus, I won't be receiving any reply from them as my query will be auto filtered.

I've asked this on twitter as well to @CitImmCanada but not sure if they'll reply there either. Please help me with what I can do in this situation. I'd really appreciate any help. Thank you!
