So I was about to pay for my application and got a "Our online services are currently down" message on my screen. Website is either currently being updated or it's experiencing technical difficulties.

When I got back to my account page on cic.gov.ca, I saw my status as "processing payment" and couldn't view my application anymore. I haven't even entered my credit card details.

Help! I have 4 days left to submit!
 
Raise a CSE immediately mentioning the issue with screen shot. Please dont forget to choose the right category.

Wait for sometime, if the payment failed, you will see the Continue Application button again. You can then submit your application again after payment.
 
@Archeia, I am facing the same issue. is your issue resolved?
