Payment of Processing Fees and RPRF for wife added after application

Hello People

I applied for canada PR under FSW2014 programme, and my case is In process at the moment. After applying i got married and i informed the visa office about the same. They are asking me to pay processing fee and RPRF fee. I have a doubt when i open the cic website for payment, i only see Family class, Quebec skilled worker class, Provincial Nominee, Proteced person in canada, Live- in caregiver, Humanitarian and compassionate, Spouse and common-Law partner in Canada class, and Permit holders class. Whereas i have applied under Skilled worker class, so which category should i select to pay processing fee and RPRF fee.

It will cost you CAD$550.00 for your spouse.
Fill up the form with your preferrred payment option (credit card/DD) then send it to your VO.

Thanks for the reply...I paid the fees online using CC. Regarding the timeline

Medical Request for me on 15 May 2015
Medical done for me on 15 June 2015
Medical Request for Spouse on 01 Jul 2015
Medical test booked for 15 Jul 2015

Still my ecas status has not been changed. Will it be changed only after my wife's medicals?
