Do we have to pay Visa Fee and RPRF Fee all at once before completing my ITA application? Or can I pay the visa fee and submit my application. And pay the RPRF fee later?
You can pay RPRF fee later. But in order to expedite the whole process, it is recommended to pay all outstanding initially. Sorry if I sound like an accountant lol.
