Hello,

Is anyone struggling with the fee payment (processing fee and biometrics fee). I've tried three times, and in different browsers. It appears the message: processing translation, but the screen becomes white. I asked the bank that said it was everything fine with the verification, and the issue must be something related to the IRCC. I think it's the oscilation of website.

What should I do?
 
I am having a similar problem, but in my case it appears "payment declined" I called my bank the credit card provider etc and it seems is not a problem of my part. How did you resolve it?
