Just paid for our application, a total of $1040.

I have printed off a few copies of the receipt. Do I need to put a copy with the sponsors application as well as the same copy in the principal applicants application?
 
no, just 1 copy of each receipt is all that is necessary.

no, if you paid all the fees at the same time, then you would only have 1 receipt. if you paid them separately, then you would have more than 1.

all that's needed in the application is 1 copy of how many copies of the receipt you have.
