Hi,

Following instructions at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/5256ETOC.asp#5256E6

Step 1. Gather documents
Step 2. Complete the application
Step 3. Pay the fees
Step 4. Submit the application

When I got to Step 4 I've already payed the fees as instructed. In the Step 4 I followed to the 'apply online' link, attached everything. And now it asks for a payment one more time. Now I have to pay one more time. Is there is any way to show the payment that is already made?

Please give me some advice.
 
Either you switch to a paper application using the receipt number you already have, or you go ahead and pay again and request a refund for the previous payment.

I don't think there's a way to get around it. Your online application will only be submitted after you've completed the payment step at the end.
