Paying PR fees with biometrics

Hi all,

Just making sure this is normal.

Whenever we try to pay my wife's spousal pr fees with the biometrics it takes us to a login page that she's never registered too before.

My wife already has a CIC account as she had a PGWP but for some reason this login page appears to be a service Ontario login.

Are we on the right website to pay for the fees? I would've thought that atleast the PR fees wouldve gone to the CIC not provincially?

Click on “Answer questions to get fees” button under Option 1. It is the best way and according to your answers, it will create a fees chart at the end and will give you an option to Login and pay.
