I am trying to pay online for my visa forms (spouse application) i'm not sure what boxes to fill and quantity in each box.
for e.g. (sponsor is 22, applicant is 33 we have no kids)
(A) Sponsorship application (per application) $75.00
(B) Principal applicant $475.00
(C) Principal applicant, if less than 22 years of age and not a spouse or common-law partner
(including a dependent child of the sponsor,
a child to be adopted and an orphaned brother, sister, niece, nephew, or grandchild) $75.00
(D) A family member of the principal applicant who is 22 years of age or older,
or is less than 22 years of age and is a spouse or common-law partner $550.00
(E) A family member of the principal applicant who is less than 22 years of age and is not a spouse or common-law partner $150.00
(F) Right of Permanent Residence Fee $490.00

Hope someone can answer this for us as my wife goes back to Canada in 3 days and we want to have this ready to send for when she goes back to lovely Canada
