Paying one year full fees for SDS visa process.

Hello guys,
I got an offer from Fairleigh Dickinson University and i am going through agent. The agent says that we need to pay complete fees for applying SDS Visa which I can confirm from the government website but about the refund policy, i don’t see anything about SDS(i.e. paying one year fees) on the university website.
Can someone please tell if the universities generally write/don’t write about this on their website. Because as of now I am little suspicious about this. Or you can direct me towards right information.

You need to contact the university. FDU is a private university catering to international students. No Canadian students attend and employers have never heard of it.

Don‘t know what SDS have to do with university as this is a government policy. FDU can set their own refund policies.
