Paying fees, quick question need help

I am paying my fees... but above the fees part it says "Immigration Applications for Persons in Canada " I am in canada (the sponsor) but my hubby isnt... am i in the right section here?

If you are applying Outland, then you want the ones that are NOT in Canada. I think for just a spouse ( no dependents), it's the first, third, and fourth options in the list. I know that we paid 3 of the top 4, at least.

Ooh, I'd missed the overall heading. So, yeah, "Immigration Applications for Persons in Canada" but if you are applying Outland you want the Family Class subheading and not the Spouse and Common Law Partner In Canada Class subheading.

I selected the first box (RPRF)...then under the heading "Family Class" I selected sponsorship application fee and principal applicant fee. We're applying outland.

Why would they have the other heading "Spouse and Common-law partner in Canada Class"...it's confusing...as it is basically the same as the "Family Class"...same fees...
