Hi please can anybody help me? I live in England and I've paid my fees online with English credit card. Is this a correct and acceptable method of payment for spousal sponsorship. The money has been taken out of my bank account and receipt processed fine.

Yes that is correct. You should have gotten a receipt immediately after you payed your fees. Make sure to include that receipt in your application
