I think i am landing on a job soon...but wondering like in US for H1 transfers , do we need to provide paystub for the latest employer?

Also, does the US background check involve CC history check and what if my Credit history is bad...(missed payments and so on from last 2 months in US only not in Canada)? Any thoughts???

I am assuming without criminal record the rest should be just fine....the company is forture 500 US company.

Does the bad Credit history will hurt to land a job here in Canada?

My b/g is being checked/verified..only issue i have is my credit history is on toast....

Just wondering does the company bothers about these..its a big fortune 500 company..

Nope. Credit History is only for obtaining loans & other monetary grants... Employers do not check the Cr. Ratings.
