Hello everyone. I need a help . I've all the documents offer letter + reference letter and promotion letter but i don't have pay slip . I need your suggestion guys. Thanks

In which program are you in? None of them requires pay slip. You do not need that. If you are in CEC, you need employer letter, T4 and Notice of Assesment.if you are in FSW you need only employer letter, written according to the requirements. Any others are voluntary.

OINP application requires pay slips. Not sure if that's the route he is taking though.

Hi,

I am applying for EE and eligible for FSW route.

I understand that the only requirement related to work experience is Reference Letter from Employer but I have seen a lot of people commenting realted to Pay Slips.

Can some experience person here, please clarify this.?

Thanks.

Pay slips aren't an absolute requirement.

That being said, they can often help validate employment, especially if your work experience is from a small firm, family run business, that kind of thing. If CIC cannot easily validate the existence of the employer, or have some reason to doubt the employment history, they can ask for a lot more information including payslips, tax forms, and anything else they may request.

As an example, if you worked for Microsoft, and you have a reference letter on their letterhead, signed by someone who can be easily googled as working at Microsoft, you're probably not going to get a payslip request. If you worked at Joe's Diner in TinyTown USA - they may need a higher standard of proof that you actually worked there.
