Hi, I recently submitted an application under IEC (working holiday visa) for a work permit but there was a question regarding any past visa refusals to any country territory. In 2017 I was refused a non-immigrant visa when I was applying to go study abroad as part of an exchange program during my Bachelor's degree. I declared this on my work permit application. However I had to submit a web form on the IRCC to explain that after this first refusal I went back for a second interview a month later which also resulted in a visa refusal since I didn't realise I had to declare every individual visa refusal even if to the same country and in the same short span of time. Now I hope the web form will go through across to my application and the officer will see it. However, does anybody have any advice on how this may impact my application for work permit under the IEC?
For context, I'm a British Citizen, and after the US Visa refusals in 2017, I finished my studies (Bachelors, Masters), have been working professionally in a large corporate and have travelled to a few places in Europe for several short holidays.
Any advice is much appreciated.
Thank you in advance!
