I had a question for fellow CEC applicants who got their passports and have gone to the US/Canada border.

What are the questions asked by the Immigration officer?

When they closed your application in My Cic?

And I have seen the ultimate blunder just now. Someone from HongKong's PPR uploaded in my cic account. I mean how worse could it get :S

Seriously they replied. Well he is lucky then. Coz I have emailed them more than once about the change of VO for my dependent. Its like 2 weeks and they don't bother to send any kinda response. Had to send an email again today. No response at all.

I know. I wasn't expecting an answer. Maybe they answer me because I just asked if they got my passports.

When they closed your application in My Cic?

Still open. Still have dependents on home country waiting to get their Visa stamped. If CIC updates it to close approved it looks like it means that passports should be on the way soon.

How much time did Cpc-ottawa took to reply for the change of Vis office for your dependents? Its 2 weeks for me and nothing for my spouse back home.

Do you get an email notification that your application has changed when myCIC finally recognises our applications as 'Approved' ?

Ottawa got my PP photocopy + pics yesterday - looks like it's taking at least 1-2 weeks for approval.
