I sent my passports on May 6th; tracker still shows "out for delivery" in Ottawa and hoping that it reached. Reading comments here, I think our passports are still safe and will reach my hands soon ;D

The funny part is that I received PPR for my old paper-based PNP application 3days back. (exactly after 1year).

PP sent May 5th
Out for delivery status May 6th (still "out for delivery)

called CIC said passport received May 9

Return tracker activated 45mins ago.

Guys, Here is the update. My account CIC updated to Approved and closed

non-visa-exempt
PPR - 4th May
PP Sent - 4th May
PP delivered to CPC Ottawa- 6th May (still showing out to delivery in CP, but no worries as CIC confirmed that they've received my Psprt)
CIC Aprroved/closed Update - 18th May
Return tracker activation - Waiting

I also meet this situation. I sent my passport on May the 4th and it shows "out for delivery" since May the 6th. Called Canada post many times and got a service ticket. And my cic account shows my case is open, final decision is not started.

After read your replies I feel better now. Hope I can get the return tracker activated soon.

you can always call CIC to check with them if they have received your passport. If they refuse to tell the details call again

Thank you for support Jason. I got email from CPC yesterday that they have not received my passport yet. Canada post sucks man

Hi Vikas

I got a response from CPC today that they have not received my passport yet. I had sent it on May 4.
My mistake was, i have a canadian mailing address and i have sent my passports to 365 Laurier Ave west.

Hey

The best bet at this moment is to try and collect your passport personally from wherever it is in Toronto and send it back to correct address.

The second options is to wait for it to Reach 365 Laurier address and let CPC get it to the correct address.

If Canada post is not able to trace your passport inform CPC about the situation and get the timeline extended before the deadline.

It's good that I didn't book tickets for US for this long weekend as I knew I might not receive passport before it
